Duties include surveillance, access control, and providing rapid response to security breaches. You will interact regularly with residents, offering them peace of mind through your visible presence and proactive security measures. Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude are essential for this role, as is the ability to manage multiple security systems and respond swiftly to incidents.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, security certification, and the ability to interact professionally with residents and visitors. Experience in residential security is a plus, but comprehensive training will be provided to the right candidate.
